Target Recipients
Following discussions with the Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management, and Climate Change, the call for proposals will be directed at the City Council of Port Louis in Mauritius. As a result, the City Council of Port Louis, pertinent ministries, and other organisations in charge of carrying out NBS are considered stakeholders. In addition to Port Louis and Lusaka, another city will be targeted for the loss and damage assessment and management component.
Impact on the Target
Through improved methodological knowledge of the economics of economic loss and damage, the nature of non-economic loss and damage, and their linkages, countries should be better equipped to manage loss and damage.
