About the Position

The Internal Communications & Engagement Project Officer will work closely with the SDSN Youth leadership team to improve communication and engagement among current members and alumni while supporting the organization's internal operations.

As a fully remote position, the role requires strong communication, effective time management, and the ability to collaborate with team members across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will contribute to several core activities, including:

Internal Communications and Administration

• Maintaining internal databases and contact directories.
• Updating internal documentation, templates, and guidelines.
• Supporting the distribution of organizational announcements and updates.
• Ensuring internal records remain accurate and accessible.

Recruitment Support

• Assisting with outreach activities.
• Supporting application coordination.
• Communicating with prospective candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Alumni and Community Engagement

• Supporting alumni engagement initiatives.
• Maintaining alumni databases and records.
• Assisting with the planning and coordination of internal activities and meetings.
• Encouraging active participation within the SDSN Youth network.

Training and Professional Development
