Job Responsibilities:

Your primary role will involve conceptualizing and implementing effective social media and paid advertising content to boost brand visibility, engage the target audience, and drive tangible business outcomes. Key Duties:

– Create and curate compelling, relevant content for various social media platforms to foster audience engagement, solidify brand identity, and cultivate community growth.

– Manage online communities on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.

– Monitor daily social media responses and engagement metrics, ensuring consistent benchmarking and performance analysis with data-driven suggestions for enhancing future outcomes.

– Develop innovative concepts for marketing campaigns designed to enhance awareness and generate leads.

– Plan and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at connecting with the target audience through their preferred media consumption channels.

– Devise and implement a clear social media strategy that drives engagement across multiple platforms.

– Generate monthly content calendars for both online and offline activities.

– Assume responsibility for managing organic social media channels.

– Collaborate with the marketing team, which you will now be a part of, and professionals from various departments to synchronize brand awareness and marketing endeavors.

Your Profile:

Your Qualifications:

– Minimum of 2 years' experience as a social media marketer or content manager.

– Keen eye for design and proficiency in relevant software.

– Comfortable with remote technology and software environments.

– Highly skilled in using content scheduling and creation tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Canva.

– Experience as a B2B Paid Search Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist is advantageous.
