Who Can Apply?

The AYCAP 2025 Climate Finance Fellowship is open to dynamic, driven individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

Age: Between 24-35 years old.
Nationality: Must be a citizen of an African country with a valid passport.
Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Professional Background: A strong background or keen interest in climate action, finance, development, or related fields.
Experience: Proven leadership in climate advocacy, policy, finance, or community development.
Availability: A full commitment to a 9-month program, including intensive training, mentorship, public campaigns, and possible travel.
Commitment to Climate Finance: A clear understanding of climate finance and an eagerness to develop and pitch a capstone project.
Advocacy Skills: Strong communication and project management abilities to influence climate finance policies at national and international levels.
Digital Proficiency: Comfort with using digital platforms for advocacy, learning, and communication.
