Applications are now being accepted for the Global Good Fund Fellowship 2027, an international leadership development program designed to support social entrepreneurs who are driving positive change in their communities and seeking to strengthen their leadership capacity.

The fellowship provides a year-long experience that combines executive coaching, leadership training, and access to a global network of changemakers, helping participants grow both personally and professionally while advancing the impact of their organizations.

About the Fellowship

The Global Good Fund Fellowship supports founders and leaders of mission-driven enterprises who are addressing pressing social and environmental challenges. The program focuses on helping entrepreneurs become more effective leaders as they scale their organizations and expand their impact.

Through individualized coaching, structured leadership development, and peer learning opportunities, fellows gain practical tools and insights to navigate the complexities of leading high-impact ventures.

Areas of Focus

Applications are particularly encouraged from enterprises working in:

• Financial Inclusion
• Environmental Sustainability
• Education
• Economic Mobility
• Health

Organizations working in other sectors may also be considered if they demonstrate strong potential for creating meaningful social impact and systemic change.

Additional Considerations

Applicants should be leading organizations with a proven or promising model for long-term growth and sustainability. While the flagship fellowship is designed for ventures that have operated for at least two years, earlier-stage leaders are also encouraged to apply, as they may be considered for other opportunities within the Global Good Fund ecosystem.

Candidates currently receiving formal coaching or mentorship support should disclose this information during the application process.

Selection Process

The fellowship selection process will take place in three stages:

Phase 1: Initial Application and Eligibility Review

1 June – 30 June 2026

Applications will be screened to confirm eligibility and alignment with program objectives.

Phase 2: Detailed Enterprise Assessment

10 July – 11 August 2026

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a more comprehensive questionnaire about their leadership journey and enterprise.

Phase 3: Virtual Interviews

8 September – 24 October 2026

Finalists will participate in interviews with the fellowship selection team.

Successful applicants will be notified by 30 November 2026.
