The Global Center on Adaptation (GCA) has opened applications for the 2026 CEO’s Youth Advisory Panel, inviting dedicated young changemakers from across the world to help shape the organisation’s youth engagement agenda and contribute to its wider mission of accelerating climate adaptation efforts.

About the Panel

Each year, GCA brings together a small group of motivated young leaders to serve as advisors to the CEO. The Panel plays an active role in strengthening the Youth Leadership Program by supporting outreach, offering strategic insights, and amplifying youth voices in global adaptation conversations.

The panel seeks balanced regional and gender representation, ensuring voices from all parts of the world are included. This is a voluntary, unpaid position.
