Applications are open for the Mogador Young Leaders Fellowship 2026, an international leadership opportunity bringing together young people from Morocco and around the world who are interested in dialogue, coexistence, intercultural understanding and international cooperation.
The Fellowship will take place in Essaouira, Morocco, in November 2026 as part of The Mogador Essaouira Conversations. It will provide selected participants with a space to exchange perspectives, engage with experts and decision-makers, develop collaborative ideas and build connections with young leaders from different cultural backgrounds.
About the Fellowship
The Mogador Young Leaders Fellowship is organised by Moroccan Millennium Leaders (MML) and the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Morocco–Mauritania.
The programme is designed around the idea that meaningful cooperation can grow when young leaders from different societies come together for open conversations and shared learning.
Rather than being limited to formal sessions, the Fellowship will combine strategic discussions with cultural experiences and collaborative activities, allowing participants to explore issues affecting societies and identify opportunities for cooperation.

The Mogador Young Leaders Fellowship provides an opportunity to connect with an international network of young leaders while experiencing a programme that combines leadership discussions, cultural exchange and collaborative learning.

The Fellowship is organised by Moroccan Millennium Leaders (MML) in partnership with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Morocco–Mauritania.

The organisers will provide selected participants with further information concerning the programme, participation conditions and logistical arrangements after the selection process.
