Applications are open for Individuals passionate about climate justice, gender equality, Indigenous knowledge, and sustainable futures to  join the growing Ecofeminist Climate Futures (ECF) platform.

ECF is an emerging collaborative space dedicated to exploring the connections between climate action, feminist perspectives, environmental justice, and community-based knowledge systems. The initiative aims to create meaningful dialogue, foster collective learning, and promote innovative approaches to building more equitable and resilient futures.

About Ecofeminist Climate Futures

Ecofeminist Climate Futures brings together diverse voices working across climate justice, advocacy, research, education, storytelling, policy, and community engagement. The platform seeks to amplify perspectives that are often underrepresented in climate discussions, particularly those rooted in Indigenous, local, and feminist knowledge systems.

Through collaborative activities, participants will contribute to shaping conversations around climate futures while helping to develop initiatives that promote intergenerational, environmental, and social justice.

Collaboration Opportunities

Selected collaborators will have the opportunity to:

• Participate in discussions on climate justice and ecofeminist perspectives
• Contribute ideas for webinars, learning events, and knowledge-sharing activities
• Engage in collaborative research and advocacy efforts
• Support storytelling initiatives focused on environmental and social change
• Connect with a network of individuals working on climate, gender, and justice-related issues
• Help shape emerging conversations on inclusive and sustainable climate futures

Commitment

The collaboration is designed to be flexible and accessible. Participants are expected to contribute approximately 2 to 5 hours per week, depending on their availability and level of involvement.

As a voluntary initiative, the focus is on collective learning, networking, knowledge exchange, and co-creation rather than formal employment.

The application deadline is on a rolling basis.
