Applications are now open for the Fifth Edition of the Leadership Accelerator Programme (LAP) for Young African Women by LEAP Africa.

They are inviting applications from ambitious African women aged 23–35 who are ready to step into leadership roles and create impact in their communities, careers, and businesses.

The programme offers a transformative experience that includes a 3-week free virtual learning phase, a 1-week in-person bootcamp, and 3 months of intensive mentorship with accomplished professionals. Through this journey, participants will gain practical leadership skills, expand their networks, and build the confidence needed to thrive in both corporate and entrepreneurial spaces.
