FULLY FUNDED : Apply for the Harvard Kennedy School Public Policy Leadership Conference 2026
Applications are open for the 2026 Public Policy Leadership Conference (PPLC), a fully funded leadership program hosted by Harvard Kennedy School (HKS). The conference is designed to introduce talented undergraduate students to graduate education in public policy while equipping them with valuable leadership skills, professional networks, and insights into careers in public service.
Scheduled to take place from October 29 to November 1, 2026, the conference offers participants an opportunity to experience life at Harvard Kennedy School, engage with faculty, current students, and policy experts, and explore pathways into graduate study and leadership careers.

Students interested in public policy, governance, and public leadership are encouraged to apply before the deadline. - Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or non-citizen U.S. national.
- Have completed at least two academic semesters at a U.S. undergraduate institution.
- Not be graduating during the 2026–2027 academic year.
- Be eligible for a Federal Pell Grant for the 2026–2027 academic year.
- Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to public service through community engagement, leadership, civic participation, advocacy, or volunteer work.
