Are you a passionate young leader aged 18 to 35 who is actively driving change in your community through leadership, policy, social impact, or innovative initiatives?

The Regional Leadership Center, in collaboration with the Trevor Noah Foundation, is now welcoming applications for the second cohort of the Education Changemakers Program — a transformative experience designed for forward-thinking individuals dedicated to community development and social progress.

This four-week, all-expenses-covered leadership journey offers hands-on mentorship, access to an inspiring alumni network, seed funding opportunities, and expert coaching to help you refine your vision and deepen your impact.

The deadline to apply is 13th May 2026, with the program scheduled to run from 12th July  to 14th August 2026.

Eligible applicants must be citizens of one of the following countries: Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, Sudan, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti, Somalia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of Congo, or the Central African Republic.

They strongly encourage individuals from marginalized communities — including those from rural areas, refugee backgrounds, and underrepresented groups — to apply and take part in this powerful leadership journey.
