Living Allowances; Travel Expenses and Perquisites

Students who are citizens of African nations and who live in the continent are eligible to apply for:

Mobility at the Master's or Doctoral Level
You must be enrolled in or admitted to a higher education institution located in Africa, or you must have graduated from one of these institutions with a degree in order to be eligible.

This mobility option may be used for a set period of time or for the whole academic program.

Mobility of Traineeships
In order to be eligible, you must be enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program at one of the African universities taking part in the intra-African consortiums chosen as of 2023.

Trainees will spend time on placement in a country other than their home and country of nationality, working for either public or commercial organisations.

As a component of the mobility period for master's or doctoral studies, the projects chosen in 2019 and 2020 might also provide chances for traineeships.



Academic, administrative, and technical staff personnel employed by higher education institutions taking part in the Intra-Africa consortia are eligible for staff mobility.
Assignments for teaching, research, administrative work, training course attendance and delivery, curriculum development, technical assistance, and more may all be included in the activities.
