**Climate Mobility Pavilion at COP28:**
The Global Centre for Climate Mobility (GCCM) is hosting the Climate Mobility Pavilion (CMP) at COP28 in Dubai from November 30 to December 10. The CMP serves as a central hub focused on drawing global attention to climate-induced migration and displacement, advocating for people-centric climate action.

**Climate Mobility Pavilion Youth Programme:**
GCCM's Youth Forums, including the Africa Climate Mobility Initiative, the Rising Nations Initiative, and the Greater Caribbean Climate Mobility Initiative, are inviting applications for the CMP Youth Programme to participate in COP28 as a CMP Youth Delegate. This program will convene a diverse group of young individuals to drive climate action, particularly addressing climate-vulnerable regions worldwide. Selected delegates will benefit from capacity building, speaking opportunities, and meetings with policymakers, climate champions, and organizations from various sectors.

**Youth Delegate Profiles:**
Up to 40 delegates will be chosen through this application process for the CMP Youth Programme, emphasizing gender equality and diverse experiences in climate impacts and mobility, especially from the most vulnerable communities. Travel expenses to COP28 (economy-class flights) and accommodation will be covered for selected Youth Delegates.

We are seeking two types of Youth Delegates:

**1. Climate Mobility Youth Delegate at COP28:**
If you have a personal migration journey or a strong interest in climate mobility, this is your opportunity to drive impactful climate action. Climate Mobility Youth Delegates will represent Africa, the Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America & the Caribbean, prioritizing those from high-risk climate impact areas often underrepresented in global platforms. Applicants should have practical experience or knowledge of climate mobility.

**2. Rising Nations Youth Delegate at COP28:**
Young leaders from Pacific Atoll countries, your expertise in climate action and heritage preservation is essential for global climate action. Rising Nations Youth Delegates will be selected from Kiribati, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and Tuvalu. Prospective delegates should have direct or working experience related to climate action and/or preserving the heritages and cultures of Pacific Atoll countries.

**Eligibility Reminder:**
To qualify, you must be between 18-30 years old on the application deadline date. Additionally, applicants must be from the specified regions/countries to be considered for the roles of Climate Mobility Youth Delegate or Rising Nations Youth Delegate.
