Application is invited to apply for the Fulbright Foreign Student Program 2023. This is a fully-funded United States of America scholarship program for international students to study for a Masters’s and Ph.D. Degree Programs. This year 4000 USA scholarships were offered by Fulbright.

The Fulbright Program for Foreign Students and Foreign Language Teaching Assistants (FLTA) is administered by the binational Fulbright Commissions / Foundations or the United States Embassies. All applications for foreign students and FLTA programs are processed by these offices.

Eligibility Criteria

For the master’s program, a four-year bachelor’s degree or a combination of bachelor’s and master’s degrees for a total of 16 years of formal education at an accredited university.

New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, with the exception of MBA and Public Policy/Management candidates, which require 2 years of professional experience.

For a doctorate, M.Phil, master’s degree, or equivalent degree (minimum 18 years of formal education) from an accredited university.

It is highly desirable that candidates have work experience in teaching, research, or in the public sector.

For both the master’s and the doctorate programs, all academic disciplines are eligible except clinical medicine.
