Applications are now open for the 2025 intake of the Young Talent Development Program hosted by the Islamic World Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (ICESCO). This prestigious initiative, marking its second edition, offers a remarkable 24-month professional training opportunity at ICESCO’s Headquarters in Rabat, Morocco. Participants will work across the organization’s diverse sectors, departments, and specialized centers.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
•Hold citizenship from one of ICESCO’s 53 Member States: Afghanistan, Albania, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Benin, Brunei Darussalam, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chad, Comoros, Côte d’Ivoire, Djibouti, Egypt, Gabon, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Maldives, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Suriname, Syria, Tajikistan, Togo, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Uzbekistan, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.
•Be under 35 years of age at the start of the application process.
•Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in fields relevant to ICESCO’s mission, such as education, science, or culture.
•Demonstrate fluency in at least one of ICESCO’s official working languages: Arabic, English, or French, with preference for proficiency in two.
Program Benefits
Selected participants will receive:
•A monthly salary.
•Transport allowances.
•Housing allowances for non-resident participants.
•A round-trip travel ticket at the beginning and end of the program for non-residents.
•Comprehensive health and occupational hazard insurance in accordance with ICESCO’s internal policies.
Selection and Appointment Process
Successful candidates will be appointed following a decision by the Director-General. The organization will issue 24-month contracts to participants and facilitate arrangements for non-residents to relocate to Morocco. Selected professionals are expected to maintain consistent attendance at ICESCO’s headquarters for the program’s full duration.
