Applications are now open for the Women@Dior & UNESCO Program, a one-of-a-kind international initiative dedicated to mentoring and educating young women. Established in 2017, the program draws on the expertise and values of Maison Dior to empower and inspire ambitious women. To date, it has supported over 2,000 participants from diverse academic backgrounds, ranging from business and engineering to art, fashion, hospitality, and international relations. Representing nearly 90 nationalities across more than 60 countries, the program has created a global community of empowered women.

Participants benefit from a range of educational opportunities led by visionary leaders and distinguished guest speakers. Topics such as gender equality and women’s leadership are explored in depth, equipping mentees with the tools to shape more responsible futures. Each mentee is matched with a dedicated Dior mentor, who provides personalized guidance during the early stages of their professional journey. This carefully curated mentor-mentee relationship is based on shared goals and compatibility, ensuring a meaningful and transformative experience.

A core element of the program is its focus on collaboration and innovation. Through their participation, mentees engage in the creation of the “Dream for Change” project, working alongside peers to design and implement initiatives that promote the empowerment of women and girls. These projects aim to address societal challenges such as gender stereotypes and encourage lasting change at a local level.

Mentees also gain access to a state-of-the-art education platform offering a wide array of resources, including exclusive online courses and interviews with industry leaders. The platform covers essential values such as self-awareness, creativity, inclusion, and sustainable development. Complementing this are inspiring interview sessions with leaders from LVMH, Maison Dior, and UNESCO, further enriching the learning experience.

The program fosters a sense of sisterhood among participants, with opportunities to connect through virtual and in-person events. The journey culminates in an annual global conference held at UNESCO headquarters in Paris, where the finalists of the “Dream for Change” project present their innovative ideas to a distinguished jury. This event celebrates the impact of women’s leadership and provides a platform to bring transformative visions to life.
