The Audi Environmental Foundation is dedicated to supporting research into new technologies and scientific methods aimed at creating a sustainable future. Its mission is to contribute to environmental protection while promoting sustainable behaviors and practices.

The Foundation primarily focuses on the advancement of eco-friendly technologies, environmental education initiatives, and the preservation of essential natural resources that support life for humans, animals, and plants. Established in 2009 by AUDI AG as a fully owned subsidiary, the Foundation is an integral part of the company’s commitment to social and environmental responsibility.

The challenges of resource scarcity, environmental degradation, climate change, and population growth are impacting society, politics, and business. As societal values evolve, sustainability is increasingly becoming a core aspect of many people's worldviews. These complex challenges require collaboration with partners to develop effective concepts and solutions to overcome them.

To address these challenges, the Audi Environmental Foundation has partnered with One Young World to offer scholarships to seven outstanding young leaders to attend the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich, Germany.

Purpose of the Scholarship

This scholarship is aimed at young leaders who are actively driving change in response to the climate crisis. Relevant initiatives may include:

• Utilizing innovative technologies to mitigate climate issues, such as reducing pollution
• Promoting climate education and enhancing its accessibility to raise awareness
• Advocating for climate equity and justice
• Empowering vulnerable communities and building resilience against climate impacts
• Protecting vital ecosystems, such as halting land degradation or restoring marine environments
