Participants selected for the NYSC Policy Advocacy Lab (N-PAL) will benefit from a comprehensive leadership and advocacy training experience that combines both digital and hands-on learning. The programme offers access to a Digital Policy Advocacy Academy, where fellows will gain in-depth knowledge of policy processes, advocacy strategies, and civic engagement.

In addition, participants will take part in an Innovation Lab, where they will apply their knowledge by designing and implementing practical solutions to real-world problems in their host communities. This ensures that participants leave the programme not only with theoretical knowledge but also with tangible impact experience.

The programme also provides opportunities for networking and mentorship, connecting participants with experienced professionals, policy experts, and like-minded young leaders across Nigeria. By the end of the programme, fellows will emerge as policy-ready leaders capable of influencing change and driving development initiatives in their communities.
