Applications are now open for the Longview Digital Minds Career Transition Fellowships 2026, a funding opportunity designed to help individuals build careers focused on the consciousness, sentience, moral status, and welfare of artificial intelligence systems. The programme is supported by Longview Philanthropy and administered in partnership with Future Impact Group.
The fellowship is intended for individuals seeking to transition into research, policy, advocacy, or other high-impact work related to digital minds. Participants receive financial support, professional networking opportunities, and, where appropriate, access to computational resources to strengthen their work..
Eligible Activities
The fellowship can support a variety of career development activities, including:
