This opportunity targets dynamic individuals from a wide range of backgrounds who are committed to driving meaningful impact through their ventures—whether non-profit, for-profit, or a blend of both. Ideal participants are those who are not only spearheading mission-driven organizations but are also eager to invest in their personal and professional growth.

To qualify, applicants must be in charge of a social impact venture that has been actively operating for at least two years and employs at least two full-time, salaried staff. The person applying should be serving in a top leadership role—such as founder, co-founder, executive director, or any member of the C-suite team—and must be fully engaged in overseeing the organization’s daily operations. It’s essential that the venture’s core mission goes beyond profit-making, aiming instead to bring about positive social or environmental change.

The fellowship is open to individuals whose initiatives are tackling challenges in sectors such as healthcare, education, environmental sustainability, inclusive finance, and economic opportunity. The enterprise must demonstrate strong potential for growth and long-term impact, backed by a solid business approach. While the focus of the organization can be either local or global, its capacity to scale and address critical issues in a sustainable manner is a key consideration.

Those already receiving structured mentorship or participating in other fellowship programs during the same period should disclose this in their application. The selection process unfolds in three main phases: a preliminary screening in June, followed by a comprehensive questionnaire in July and early August, and concluding with virtual interviews between early September and late October. Final decisions will be announced by the end of November 2025.
