The Security and Privacy Technical Program Management team plays a key role in driving impactful security initiatives across Netflix, collaborating with engineering and product teams to develop scalable security solutions. We lead high-visibility projects that span multiple functions, requiring strong technical leadership. We work with various stakeholders, including senior leaders, product managers, and developers, to align on strategic goals and security roadmaps. We’re seeking an intern to contribute to large, cross-functional programs with broad impact across Netflix’s engineering efforts.

Internship Details:

The Netflix internship program offers a personalized experience where interns are matched with teams based on their interests and skills. Interns are fully integrated into teams for the summer, gaining real-world experience in a dynamic environment.

• Internships are paid, lasting a minimum of 12 weeks, with start dates in May or June 2025, depending on school schedules.
• The internships will be based in our Los Gatos, CA, or Los Angeles, CA offices, depending on the team.
• The compensation range for Netflix internships typically falls between $40/hr and $110/hr, depending on the role, location, and your skills and experience.
