It fosters collaboration to address challenges like carbon leakage and supports the decarbonisation of industries in emerging and developing countries. The Secretariat, hosted jointly by the OECD and the IEA, is seeking a Head to lead its operations.

Role Overview: As Head of the Climate Club Secretariat, you will lead a small multinational team, working closely with Climate Club Co-Chairs and members. The position requires strategic leadership, operational management, and fostering relationships with key international organisations and stakeholders. You will oversee the implementation of the Climate Club’s work programme and manage resources, ensuring efficient operation of the Secretariat.
