Miklah Life, in partnership with several youth organizations in Kenya, including GMEI, CYNESA, and others, is collaborating to mobilize young people for the Africa Climate Summit. The summit will be held from September 4th to 6th in Nairobi, Kenya, alongside the Africa Climate Week (ACW) from September 4th to 8th, 2023. Before the summit, there will be the Africa Climate Summit Youth Assembly from September 1st to 3rd, providing additional time for youth engagement.

The purpose of this registration is to gather information from Ugandan youth (aged 18-35) who wish to participate in the summit, with the aim of supporting their attendance. Miklah Life, as an official partner of the summit, is responsible for mobilizing and facilitating the involvement of Ugandan youth. The goal is to have at least 50 youth from Uganda participate.

Currently, there is no confirmed source of funding or logistical support for Ugandan youth participation. However, by registering and consolidating the interested individuals, it will be easier to advocate for the necessary resources and enable as many youth as possible to attend the summit.
