PAID FELLOWSHIP : Apply for the Pollicy Fellowship 2026

About the Fellowship
The Pollicy Fellowship brings together individuals who are curious, creative, and committed to advancing responsible and people-centered approaches to technology and data. Participants will work within a collaborative environment that values critical thinking, innovation, and community-driven solutions.
The programme encourages applicants to share authentic experiences, perspectives, and ideas, placing greater value on thoughtful reflection and practical insights than on formal or highly polished responses.
Fellowship Duration
Selected candidates will participate in a six-month paid fellowship, gaining professional experience while contributing to ongoing initiatives and research within the organization.
Available Fellowship Positions
Applicants may apply for one of the following fellowship tracks:
Senior Communications Fellow
This position is suited for individuals with experience in strategic communications, storytelling, media engagement, and content development. The fellow will support efforts to communicate research findings, amplify key messages, and strengthen public engagement.
Communications Fellow
The Communications Fellow will contribute to content creation, digital communications, campaign support, and storytelling initiatives aimed at increasing awareness of issues related to technology, governance, and digital rights.
Finance Fellow
This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in financial administration, budgeting processes, operational support, and organizational financial management within a mission-driven institution.
Community Engagement Fellow
The Community Engagement Fellow will work closely with communities, partners, and stakeholders to support outreach activities, strengthen participation, and foster meaningful dialogue around technology and digital inclusion.
