Program Benefits
The salary for this fellowship program includes a monthly base salary of JPY 197,000, along with compensation for overtime hours worked. However, deductions will be made for government taxes, pension contributions, and insurance fees, as well as Japanese language class fees. Despite these deductions, selected fellows will receive accommodation and utilities as part of the program benefits. This comprehensive package ensures that fellows can focus on their projects and professional development without worrying about basic living expenses.
Eligibility Criteria
The ideal candidate for our Fellowship program possesses 2-3 years of experience in one of our focus areas, thriving in dynamic startup environments and fast-paced settings. With a readiness to elevate their skills, candidates aged between 24-30 years old are encouraged to seize this exciting opportunity. While individuals are assessed based on merit, we typically consider applicants aged 35 and above as less suitable for the Fellowship, especially those with significant family or marital commitments. A Bachelor's degree or higher is a legal requirement for obtaining the working visa, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and development. Fluency in English (TOEIC 800 or equivalent) is essential
