Youth and Environment Europe (YEE) is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join its regional team or advocacy group. This is an exciting opportunity for young changemakers across Europe to contribute to critical initiatives centered around sustainability, biodiversity, climate justice, and youth empowerment in policy-making.

As a YEE volunteer, participants will work on a variety of impactful projects. These include promoting climate justice, supporting COP30 initiatives, advancing biodiversity and environmental law efforts, and advocating for just transitions in energy and agrifood systems. Volunteers will also have the chance to influence sustainable policies while collaborating with a vibrant network of youth committed to positive change.

YEE is specifically looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

•Age Requirement: Applicants should be between 16 and 35 years old.

•Location: Volunteers must be based in Europe.

•Time Commitment: They should be available to devote between 4 to 10 hours per week to their assigned projects.

•Skills and Qualities: Ideal candidates will have strong communication abilities, basic computer skills, and a deep commitment to promoting sustainability and youth empowerment in European decision-making.

Successful applicants will gain valuable experience in environmental advocacy and have opportunities to work on campaigns that shape meaningful outcomes for climate action. This is a unique chance to develop leadership and policy-making skills, while actively contributing to environmental justice and youth empowerment.
