UN HABITAT is offering a unique opportunity for young speakers to participate in a roundtable discussion at the 12th World Urban Forum in Cairo, Egypt, from November 4-8.
The topic of the session is "Enhancing Youth Engagement in Sustainable Urban Development and Achieving the SDGs."
They are seeking young individuals who are actively working, studying, or leading organizations focused on sustainable urban development, including:
- Urban access to digital infrastructure
- Improving basic services availability
- Ensuring safety for young people in cities
- Access to public spaces and child-friendly areas
Preference will be given to young people under 25.
Expressions of interest will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so they should fill out the form as soon as possible. The deadline is Wednesday, September 11. Please note that filling out the form does not guarantee selection.
