The United Nations Industrial Development Organization has announced a new tender opportunity under the EU-funded EU4Green Recovery East Programme aimed at advancing circular economy education and sustainable development in the Republic of Moldova.

The project seeks qualified organizations and service providers with expertise in circular economy, digital learning systems, and educational content development to support the creation and adaptation of a self-paced online course.
The assignment will contribute to Moldova’s transition toward greener and more resource-efficient economic systems by expanding access to localized sustainability learning tools.
Key Areas of Work
Selected contractors will support:
- Integration of Moldova-specific circular economy priorities into existing EU4Environment and EU4Green Recovery East training modules
- Development of Romanian-language learning materials
- Adaptation of course content for compatibility with Moldova’s national e-learning platform
- Localization of training resources to reflect national value chains and sustainability priorities
