This is an exciting opportunity for passionate individuals to contribute to OY4C’s mission of fostering climate education and action.

OY4C is a vibrant, youth-led grassroots organization committed to driving systemic change in the climate space. The group empowers the next generation through accessible and high-quality climate education, creating awareness and promoting meaningful action for a sustainable future. The team is composed of individuals aged 14 and above, with diverse backgrounds and a wide range of experiences that contribute to the organization’s impact.

The team is seeking volunteers with a variety of skills, such as writing, content creation, web design, and curriculum development. They are particularly interested in two groups of applicants: those with specific skills who may not yet have extensive knowledge of the climate crisis but want to explore how their expertise connects to the movement, and those who are already highly engaged in the climate space.

Applicants are expected to commit to a full six-month cycle, dedicating 2 to 5 hours per week to various initiatives. After the review process, successful candidates will be informed if they have progressed to the interview stage. Regardless of experience, the organization values individuals who demonstrate a strong desire for learning, effective teamwork, and respect for others.
