Climate Mobility Community Action Networks (CMCAN) is excited to announce the opening of applications for leadership roles within the organization for the 2025-2026 season. With a mission focused on tackling the urgent issues of climate mobility and displacement, CMCAN is dedicated to supporting affected communities worldwide. Since its inception just one year ago, CMCAN has grown rapidly, assembling a diverse team of over 50 volunteers from all corners of the globe.

Their organization has made remarkable strides in understanding the global scope of climate-induced migration, and we are eager to expand their efforts with the help of passionate, committed individuals. As we continue to grow, they are looking for volunteers to fill key leadership roles across various departments, each contributing to the success of our initiatives.

Roles Available Across Several Departments

They are currently recruiting for multiple positions across the following departments:

•Research

•Policy

•Communications

•Advocacy

•Partnerships

•Grants & Fundraising

•Events & Programs

•Operations

•Human Resources (HR)

•Training & Capacity Building

Each department will have three main roles: Managers, Co-Leads, and Assistants.

Key Responsibilities

•Managers: As the main overseers of their respective departments, Managers provide guidance, support, and leadership to ensure the department meets its objectives. They play a vital role in shaping the direction and success of their teams.

•Co-Leads: Co-Leads assist Managers by providing support in daily operations, contributing to planning and decision-making, and offering help wherever necessary to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently.

•Assistants: Working closely with the Manager and Co-Lead, Assistants assist in completing various tasks, help manage projects, and collaborate with their department to meet targets.
