Compensation:
GCF offers a blend of challenging career opportunities and attractive benefits. International staff receive salaries in US dollars, while local staff are compensated in Korean won.

Additional Benefits for International Staff:
In addition to the above benefits, international staff may qualify for additional benefits based on eligibility criteria:

Relocation:
Flight tickets, visa assistance, travel allowances, and practical support for housing are provided to international staff relocating from outside the duty station.

Settlement and Installation Allowance:
International staff joining from outside Headquarters receive an allowance to cover initial relocation costs.

Housing Allowance:
An allowance is provided to international staff to help cover living expenses.

Education Assistance and Education Travel:
Education assistance is offered for up to three eligible dependent children, with additional support for education travel if required.

Home Country Travel and Allowance:
An annual home country travel benefit is provided to staff and eligible dependents.

Flexible Work Arrangements:
Staff may be authorized to work remotely within or outside of Korea, subject to approval by Division Directors/Unit Heads.
