The UN World Food Programme is accepting applications for the position of Roster-Business Support Assistant. The duties of the Roster-Business Support Assistant will include the following:
Take complaints, comments, and information requests into consideration. Correctly, exactly, and immediately log, refer, and close cases and consent status into the CFM customer relationship management (CRM) tool in compliance with SOPs and the consent provided by the CFM User.If requested, complete surveys.In accordance with SOP, forward cases to the relevant focal point. This means handling sensitive cases in accordance with policy and responding to fraud and sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) reports right away.
Put training and recommendations for performance management into practice. Offer assistance to peers as required.Observe WFP's Guide to Personal Data Protection and Privacy (PDPP) in all of your interactions with the CFM User, and report any instances where the PDPP has been broken.React professionally at all times, especially when handling difficult or tense circumstances involving coworkers and CFM Users.Determine the areas that require improvement and promptly inform the CFM Manager about them. These could involve, but are not restricted to, the accuracy and quality of the data that is shared with the CFM User, CRM technological issues, improvements to the data intake form, and procedures for handling difficult CFM Users.
Promote initiatives aimed at raising awareness of the CFM among affected communities, WFP employees, and humanitarian actors; these could involve attending meetings and/or going on field tours, among other things.Proactively seek guidance from the CFM Manager when necessary.As required, complete extra work.

Completing a master's degree is the equivalent of working for a year.Two years of job experience is equal to a bachelor's degree.For female candidates, one or two years of experience may be substituted for partial completion of coursework completed before 2022.three or more years of equivalent experience gained while working in administration, business support, or customer service.
