Program Goals:
- Identify and invest in high-growth African women-led startups in emerging industries
- Provide comprehensive support to overcome challenges and achieve success
*Program Structure:*
1. *Candidate Selection:*
- African companies with female founders/CEOs
- Tech-enabled businesses with a unique value proposition
- Monthly gross revenue of at least $500
- Business operations for at least 6 months
- Diverse selection, including Francophone Africa and non-Fintech companies
2. *Accelerator Program:*
- 4-month training through Founder's Institute
- Training costs covered, with staged allowances
- Certificate and funding eligibility upon completion
3. *Funding:*
- Average investment of $5,000 in convertible revenue-based financing
- Pitching to the Investment Committee post-training
4. *Mentorship and Support:*
- 6 months of mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs and experts
- Access to co-working spaces and healthcare coverage for 1 year
- Monthly meetings, ad hoc support, and potential additional capital raises
