Eligibility Criteria

1. Citizenship: Citizens of countries with diplomatic relations with Japan.
2. Age: Born on or after April 2, 1989 (for Master's) or April 2, 1984 (for PhD).
3. Academic Background:
- Master's: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- PhD: Master's degree or equivalent.
4. Language Proficiency:
- Japanese: JLPT N1 or equivalent.
- English: TOEFL iBT 79, IELTS 6.0, or equivalent.
