The Role:
WRAP is entering an exciting growth phase, especially in its work on food waste reduction both in the UK and globally. As a Senior Specialist for Food Waste, you will play a key leadership role in our global Food Waste team. You’ll collaborate with the Global Food Waste Programme Lead to create innovative strategies to reduce food waste within the food system, partnering with businesses, governments, and other stakeholders.

Location:Banbury, London, Cardiff, or Belfast – You will be contractually based in the office closest to you with a hybrid work arrangement.

Hybrid Working: You can work from home and come into the office when needed for team collaboration. We offer flexible core hours and prioritize results over presence. During the recruitment process, we'll discuss what matters most to you.

Salary & Benefits: £51,000 - £53,000 + 10% pension, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a 35-hour workweek, up to 13 flexi-days, private medical insurance, life assurance, and more.
