FULLY FUNDED TO UK & DENMARK : Applications open for the 2025-2026 IWA & Grundfos Youth Action for SDG 6 Fellowship

The International Water Association (IWA) and Grundfos have announced the call for applications for the next IWA & Grundfos Youth Action for SDG 6 Fellowship, with a deadline of 14 November. Launched in 2022, this fellowship has gained recognition as one of the most influential youth initiatives in the water sector. The 2025-2026 Fellowship will build on its initial success to address emerging water sector challenges in a changing world.

The Fellowship will engage 14 Young Water Professionals (YWPs), aged 18-35, in both online and in-person events to co-develop a publication focused on local solutions for water resilience and adaptation. The program will start in February 2025 and conclude at the IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition (WWCE) in September 2026, in Glasgow, Scotland, where the joint publication will be launched.

The selected YWPs will participate in mandatory online sessions and in-person gatherings, including events at IWA's headquarters in London, Grundfos HQ in Denmark, and a high-level water sector event. Their projects will be supported with publication costs such as design, proofreading, printing, and launching.

The Fellowship emphasizes a gender and geographically balanced selection process to ensure diverse representation and perspectives.

Don't miss out on the application deadline which is 14 November.
