The selected fellows are at the forefront of creating impactful solutions in various sectors such as education, workforce development, agriculture, energy, and healthcare. You are building solutions that provide those living in poverty with the power to make choices that improve their lives—whether in employment, education, or access to essential goods and services. By leveraging business principles, you are scaling market-based approaches to alleviate poverty and bring about real change.

The fellowship itself spans six months and operates as a hybrid program. Participants continue their current roles while engaging in virtual learning, in-person workshops, and independent study. The structure includes an initial virtual orientation followed by two intensive five-day, in-person sessions. Additionally, four Learning Labs are designed to further your knowledge through collaborative learning and individual assignments.
