Eligibility Criteria
### Eligibility Criteria for the Obama Foundation Scholars Program:
1. **Emerging Leadership**: Applicants must be rising leaders who have demonstrated a strong commitment to addressing critical challenges in their communities, countries, or regions.
2. **Age Requirement**: Applicants should be between the ages of 25 and 35 at the time of application.
3. **Professional Experience**: Applicants must have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in fields related to leadership, social impact, community development, or public service.
4. **Academic Qualifications**: While a specific academic degree is not required, applicants should have a strong educational background and the ability to succeed in an academically rigorous environment.
5. **Commitment to Change**: Candidates should show a clear track record of creating or driving social change, with the potential to further scale their work.
6. **English Proficiency**: Applicants must have proficiency in English, as the program's curriculum and activities are conducted in English.
