Eligibility Criteria
Here are the potential eligibility criteria for the Obama Foundation Leaders Program:

_General Eligibility_

1. Age: 24-45 years old
2. Citizenship: Open to citizens of all countries
3. Language proficiency: English (fluency required)

_Leadership Experience_

1. Demonstrated leadership experience in a professional, community, or volunteer setting
2. Evidence of impact and achievements in their field or community

_Education_

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2. Currently pursuing or completed a graduate degree (master's, PhD, etc.)

_Professional Background_

1. 3-10 years of professional experience in a field related to social impact, community development, or public service
2. Currently working in or have experience in a field related to the program's focus areas (e.g., education, healthcare, economic development)

_Personal Qualities_

1. Strong values-driven leadership and commitment to creating positive change
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships
4. Resilience, adaptability, and willingness to learn

_Additional Requirements_

1. Availability to participate in the full program duration (approx. 12-18 months)
2. Commitment to return to their home country or community after completing the program
