Position Title: Expert Proposal Writer – UNAIDS Resource Mobilization (Asia-Pacific Region)

UNAIDS is seeking to contract an experienced proposal writer to support its resource mobilization efforts across Asia and the Pacific. The selected consultant will be responsible for crafting 6 to 8 high-quality funding proposals tailored to government and donor partners.

The assignment is expected to begin by June 1, 2025, and conclude by December 15, 2025, with a total of up to 60 working days allocated to complete the scope of work.

This role involves collaborating closely with UNAIDS teams to guide discussions and build consensus around the core components of program design. Deliverables will include key strategic documents such as a Theory of Change, results-based logframe, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) framework, detailed activity plans, risk and stakeholder analyses, and implementation arrangements.

The ultimate goal is to produce well-structured, compelling funding proposals that clearly outline each program element and can be tailored to suit various donor requirements.

Position Title: Expert Proposal Writer – UNAIDS Resource Mobilization (West & Central Africa)

UNAIDS is inviting qualified professionals to submit proposals for a consultancy assignment focused on developing approximately 6 to 8 funding proposals aimed at mobilizing resources for programs in West and Central Africa.

The consultancy is expected to start on June 1, 2025, and conclude by December 15, 2025, with a maximum of 60 working days, including time for final approval of deliverables.

Eligible applicants may apply as individuals or in teams of two, provided they demonstrate a strong background in grant proposal writing and program design.

The selected consultant(s) will facilitate internal design discussions, guiding UNAIDS staff through critical planning stages. The work will involve drafting key documents such as a Theory of Change, results frameworks, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) systems, risk and stakeholder assessments, and detailed implementation plans.

These inputs will contribute to robust, adaptable funding proposals tailored to meet the requirements of various donors and partners.
