Empower the Next Generation: Lead Climate Mobility Workshops for Youth Across the Globe

The Climate Mobility Community Action Network (CMCAN) is gearing up for a powerful new initiative set to launch in October 2025 — and they’re inviting passionate individuals from around the world to be a part of it. The organization will soon roll out its highly anticipated Ambassador Program, designed to equip young people aged 16 to 35 with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to tackle climate mobility through impactful community projects.

To make this program a success, CMCAN is currently searching for experienced and inspiring voices to lead educational workshops that will shape the program’s core. These workshops aim to train selected ambassadors in everything from the fundamentals of climate mobility to project design, communication, and outreach strategy. Participants will also be introduced to a forthcoming Youth Climate Mobility Handbook that will serve as a key resource throughout the program.

Organizers are seeking professionals, educators, activists, and leaders who can offer their expertise in areas such as legal frameworks surrounding climate mobility, leadership and development through education, effective communication strategies, community outreach and partnership building, funding acquisition, and project implementation. By offering their guidance, these speakers will directly empower young ambassadors to spark change in their own communities — and build real-world solutions to one of the most urgent global challenges of our time.

The Ambassador Program will run from early October through mid-December 2025, with sessions carefully scheduled to accommodate different time zones and availability. Each workshop will serve as a stepping stone for youth to take their learning and turn it into local action that makes a difference.
