Why it matters:
Climate change is intensifying, with global temperatures surpassing the 1.5°C threshold and displacing nearly 46 million people in 2024 alone. Adaptation is one of the most underfunded areas of climate action, yet every $1 invested in adaptation generates $10+ in long-term benefits. This fund offers a critical chance to support innovative, locally-driven solutions that safeguard lives, strengthen economies, and build climate-resilient cities for the future.
