Andersen Nigeria is excited to announce the opening of its 2026 Graduate Recruitment for driven and talented individuals eager to launch their careers in professional services with a globally recognized firm. This program seeks ambitious graduates who are ready to develop their skills and contribute to a dynamic professional environment.
Applicants are expected to have achieved at least five credits in a single sitting, with Mathematics and English Language being mandatory. Candidates must hold a university degree with a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division in any field. Those who graduated from institutions abroad are required to submit their academic transcripts, particularly in cases where the degree classification is not indicated on the certificate. Law graduates are required to have at least a Second-Class Lower from the Nigerian Law School. Applicants must be under 27 years old at the time of application. Regarding NYSC participation, candidates should either be currently serving, have completed the program, or provide appropriate documentation in the case of exemptions.
It is important to note that the recruitment team maintains the right to disqualify any applicant who submits false information or incorrect documents. Accuracy and honesty in all submitted materials are crucial to avoid disqualification.
The recruitment process begins with a GMAT-based aptitude assessment alongside an essay. This stage is designed to evaluate candidates’ analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate ideas effectively. Those who perform well will progress to the next phase, which takes place at our Assessment Centers. Here, candidates will participate in exercises that measure teamwork, collaboration, and individual performance, including group activities, personal presentations, and panel interviews. Each exercise is crafted to assess specific capabilities relevant to professional success.
Candidates who demonstrate strong performance at the Assessment Centers will advance to the final stage: a one-on-one interview with a Partner. This conversation serves as the conclusive step in determining suitability for the program. Successful candidates who complete all stages will receive an offer to join Andersen Nigeria and begin their professional journey with the firm.
