Selected participants will receive fully funded access to an intensive year-long program. Benefits include high-level workshops and training in sustainability, innovation, leadership, and policy. Fellows will receive one-on-one mentorship from senior industry leaders, ensuring tailored professional development. They will also take part in the WiSER Cares initiative, contributing to community-based sustainability projects. Additionally, participants will gain global exposure at prestigious platforms such as Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week and international climate conferences like COP, connecting them with influential leaders and changemakers in the sector.

The program is open to women between the ages of 25 and 35 from around the world. Applicants should have at least two years of professional experience in sustainability, renewable energy, environment, or STEM-related fields. Candidates must demonstrate leadership potential, a strong commitment to advancing sustainability, and the ability to actively engage in global discussions and projects throughout the fellowship year.
