The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provide a global blueprint for tackling the world’s most urgent challenges - from poverty and inequality to climate change and economic growth. Achieving these ambitious goals requires bold, innovative solutions driven by passionate changemakers.

However, while awareness of sustainability is growing, many young people lack the knowledge, resources, and mentorship to turn their ideas into impactful, real-world solutions. The SDG Innovation Bootcamp is designed to bridge this gap by equipping African youths with the skills, mindset, and network needed to create transformative innovations aligned with the SDGs.

While our long-term objective is to scale this initiative across all six geopolitical zones in Nigeria and subsequently across African countries, we are commencing with a pilot phase focused on universities in South-West Nigeria. This pilot is designed to engage students from diverse academic backgrounds and equip them with practical skills in sustainability, technology, design thinking, and innovation.

The Nigeria Universities SDG Innovation Bootcamp is a hands-on, capacity-building programme designed to equip university students with practical skills in sustainability, technology, design thinking, and innovation aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
