Applications are now open for Cohort 4 of the Aspire Leaders Program, a fully funded, virtual, and international leadership experience designed for young adults aged 18–29 from first-generation or limited-income backgrounds.

The program provides emerging leaders with access to world-class leadership training, mentorship, career development resources, and learning opportunities developed in partnership with educators from Harvard University and other globally recognized institutions.

The Aspire Leaders Program is open to young people who meet the eligibility requirements, including being between 18 and 29 years old, coming from a low-income background or being the first in their family to pursue higher education, and currently studying at university or having recently completed a degree.

Delivered entirely online, the program allows participants to learn from anywhere in the world while connecting with a global network of ambitious young leaders. Participants take part in leadership courses, live virtual sessions, career preparation activities, and interactive masterclasses led by experts from leading universities.

The program focuses on developing essential leadership skills, including self-awareness, communication, professional networking, problem-solving, career readiness, and the ability to create positive change in communities. Participants also gain access to resources that support résumé development, LinkedIn improvement, interview preparation, and long-term professional growth.

Through the experience, participants become part of a worldwide alumni community of changemakers, mentors, and innovators. Alumni continue to access leadership opportunities, professional development resources, fellowships, and other initiatives that support their future impact.

The fourth cohort of the Aspire Leaders Program will be the final cohort opening this year. Applications are currently open, and the deadline to apply is October 16, 2026.

All learning sessions are conducted in English, and the program is completely free for selected participants.
