ChangemakerXchange is seeking an experienced and highly organised Programme Lead to oversee the delivery of a global programme supporting young changemakers working to build a fairer, more sustainable future for artificial intelligence and the digital world. The programme focuses on empowering young leaders who are exploring how technology can better serve people, communities and the planet.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for coordinating and delivering the programme across multiple regions, including Europe, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), the United States and Asia Pacific. They are looking for someone who is pragmatic, highly organised and delivery-focused, with strong programme management skills and the ability to work effectively across different cultures and geographical contexts.

This is a Germany-based opportunity, with Berlin being the preferred location. Applicants who are able to travel to Berlin regularly may also be considered. The position is offered on a 12-month full-time contract, with the possibility of working three to four days per week. The salary is expected to range from €45,000 to €60,000 per year, depending on the successful candidate’s experience and competencies.

The role also offers a flexible working arrangement, including opportunities to work from home, alongside access to a small, well-equipped office in central Berlin with modern technology and facilities.
