Nani Care: Apply for nanny care jobs in Netherlands

Requirements for the nanny position include:

- Possession of a diploma in 'mbo-Helpende (Zorg en)' or an equivalent qualification, or a certificate of good childminding
- First Aid certificate focused on children
- Possession of a VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct)
- Proficiency in Dutch
- Minimum age of 18 years

In addition to these requirements, Nanny Home Netherlands values the following qualities in a nanny:

- Experience and knowledge in caring for children aged 0-13 years
- Enthusiasm towards children and parents
- Decisiveness
- Engagement in activities with children and household tasks
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work with a family for an extended period
- Confidentiality
- Flexibility
- Ability to cover for sick nannies
- Preferably having a driver's license (B)

Nannies at Nanny Home Netherlands work under the "service at home" employment contract. Under this arrangement, families can hire someone for household tasks, including childcare, without paying wage taxes or employee insurance premiums. As a nanny, you sign a contract with the parents and agree on your salary. You are entitled to an 8% holiday allowance, and up to 4 weeks of vacation, at least 2 of which align with the parents' vacation period. In case of illness, the first two working days are unpaid, and subsequent sick leave is compensated (at least 70% of the agreed hourly wage or minimum wage). You are not required to have employee insurance but can choose to insure yourself. Income must be declared for tax purposes, and you can work a maximum of three days per week for the same family, reporting the hours worked on a monthly report provided to Nanny Home Netherlands.
