Unlock Your Potential: Fully-Funded Ibrahim Leadership Fellowships with $100,000 Stipend to Work at AfDB, ECA, or ITC

Established in 2011, the Ibrahim Leadership Fellowships aim to identify and nurture the next generation of exceptional African leaders. Each year, three Fellows have the opportunity to work within the executive offices of AfDB (Abidjan), ECA (Addis Ababa), or the ITC (Geneva), receiving a stipend of $100,000.

During the 12-month program, Fellows acquire valuable technical and leadership skills while directly contributing to research and policy formulation. A standout feature of the program is the chance to be mentored by the heads of the host organizations.

Moreover, Fellows become part of the Now Generation Network (NGN), enabling them to continue contributing their expertise and insights to shape a better Africa.

Meet the Current 2023 Fellows:

International Trade Centre
Pamela Coke-Hamilton, Executive Director of ITC, emphasizes that the Mo Ibrahim Fellowship program empowers young Africans to drive inclusive and sustainable trade and development solutions, offering technical knowledge and leadership skills.
