The Global Solvers Accelerator is a unique program that brings together emerging social change agents from around the world. Participants engage in a learning journey that transcends boundaries of sector, geography, and identity.

The Global Solvers Accelerator provides a space for emerging change-makers to genuinely exchange ideas and collaborate. By embracing transformation as a catalyst for sustainable development beyond the usual approaches, this eight-month program accelerates social impact projects through cross-boundary exchange and collaborative action.

Selected from a competitive pool of applicants worldwide, participants work together to enhance and scale their social impact initiatives within their communities. This program offers a thoughtfully structured learning experience, expert guidance, cutting-edge thematic insights, and ample opportunities for peer collaboration. It serves as a platform for participants to unlock the full transformative potential of their sustainable development endeavors.

Program Overview:
The Global Solvers Accelerator engages emerging change agents from diverse regions worldwide to develop competencies in global citizenship, sustainable development, and collective leadership. Throughout the eight-month program, participants explore purposefully designed module topics, blended learning, project assignments, peer collaboration, and subject matter advisory to build their capacity and amplify the transformative power of their social impact projects. This leads to cumulative impact at multiple levels:

- Individual: Enhanced leadership and social impact skills.
- Community: Unleashing the transformative potential of participants' social impact projects.
- Systemic: Intersecting various local approaches and contextual knowledge to create ripple effects of societal transformation and SDG achievement.

Candidate Profile:
The Global Solvers Accelerator is an inclusive learning journey intended for participants worldwide who aspire to make a positive global impact. Are you a young community development practitioner between the ages of 20 and 35? Are you curious, responsible, forward-thinking, and can demonstrate a track record of social impact through your active involvement in or leadership of a local impact project? Do you seek to connect with like-minded peers to gain a deeper understanding of the world together?

Benefits:

1. Capacity Building: The program offers a platform for participants to enhance their competencies in collective leadership, transformative impact, and systemic design. Through stimulating thematic contributions, peer collaboration, subject matter advisory, and project assignments, participants strengthen their leadership skills and global citizenship awareness.

2. Advancing Impact: The eight-month journey connects emerging change agents worldwide to refine their social impact initiatives, activate their collective leadership potential, and together drive transformative change that transcends geographical and identity boundaries, contributing to the SDGs.

3. Melton Fellowship: Upon successful program completion, participants become eligible to join the Melton Foundation's lifelong supported community as Senior Melton Fellows. This opens doors to a global network of over 600 change catalysts worldwide, access to project funding through Action Grants, opportunities to attend global impact events, and more.

4. Co-Lab: Actively engaged participants may be invited to attend a fully-funded in-person retreat during the program. This initiative fosters connections among hearts, hands, and minds within the Global Solvers Accelerator community.
